Stakeholder Management

In accordance with the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) Standards, the Company has established a material topics identification process for sustainable development and defined five categories of key stakeholders: employees, shareholders/investors, customers, suppliers, and government agencies and communities. To foster stable and trusting relationships, the Company adopts diverse communication channels to ensure that stakeholder issues and suggestions are thoroughly understood and properly addressed, thereby promoting mutual growth.
 
The Company’s official website features a dedicated “Stakeholder Section”, while the internal website provides a “Suggestion Mailbox” to facilitate convenient communication. In addition, the Company has established whistleblower mailboxes, hotlines, and reporting procedures to ensure that both internal and external opinions and suggestions are appropriately handled. The identity of whistleblowers will not be disclosed nor used as grounds for retaliation. These measures are designed to create an open and transparent communication environment, further enhancing the Company’s progress in sustainability management and corporate responsibility.
